17.01.2022 Do you track your progress? Personally measurements are great for tracking clients results...but! The mirror is an excellent way of tracking progress too.. Every Friday I take photos and a small video. If you do this consistently over a period you can visually track your intended destination. Give it a try, no one has to see it but you. 08.01.2022 Christmas time is full of good food, drinks and family time. If your like me you may have over indulged during this period. So what’s the trick here mentally and physically.? Don’t make this a habit, don’t continue over eating. Enjoy your holiday but once it’s over return to hitting the correct calorie intake for you and your goals. Also adding in extra movement during these periods can off set the extra Calorie consumption if your really concerned.
