25.01.2022 Some pics of jobs over the past few months! Plate cooler fully rebuilt ground flat to hold a seal, New industrial paint, new feet welded up and painted safety yellow, new plumbing, and re installed like brand new for a fraction of the price of a new one!

21.01.2022 This one I have been debating within my self to put up for a couple weeks!, this dairy had been in trouble with quality issues for along time (years) with every... so called guru from field reps and independents, chem reps and so on! to try and get it right! With that said they are now back to A grade premium! That's why I should be backed by all the factories! A couple are very good with letting suppliers know I can help but some like mg who have told me that it's a conflict of interest to advertise me in the Devondalier is just crap if you the supplier is in trouble and they can't find it or help get it right like in this case I think they are obligated to let you the supplier know who can help get you where you need to be A grade premium!!! or its not worth the effort! First two is what I removed from blasting milk lines all the way to vat next two is what I got out when I bombed the plant after blasting! The old saying is don't bite the hand that feeds! but decisions that where made not to long ago almost cost my family a feed! When if all the factories gave out my number to all the dairies with quality issues we'd be eating like kings!!! Cheers Macka See more

21.01.2022 No one wanted to get in this vat because the entry was so tight up against the roof of vat room so it hadn't been inspected for awhile and they had bactos so someone had to do it, so they called me as I've worked for them before in the dairy and they know I have my confined space ticket!!! Lucky they did, back to A grade premium. And I won't show you the bruises from getting in and out of the bloody thing.....

18.01.2022 Just like this one! constant Thermo issues for a long time big money lost in penalty downgrades and have not even seen a field rep or chem rep! But like all my dairies I take your milk quality issues as if it where my own! And make sure not only I get you back to producing a quality product but making sure it don't come back in a week or two by working out why this has happened in the first place and fixing the problem that caused it in the first place!

05.01.2022 Just Some pics of recent jobs, first two plate cooler before and after, next one is in the center of a rotary that I found a day after the dairy techs had been to fix all leaks in the plant!, I cleaned and fixed it!!! And last two are from a sad job at demo dairy getting it ready for sale, was a big job cleaning up all the building's, dairy and cleaning the mould from inside the grain silo...

01.01.2022 first two pics from one of my latest jobs, they now back to A grade premium! next two are from a dairy that just got me out for a look as they had premium milk!work that one out??? next is in a vats wash system unless pulled apart would not have found it! next one is at a dairy that others where throwing their opinion around and said it wouldn't be the problem so don't bother looking! well they might listen next time!!! and the last one is from a dairy that was flooding out the doors on a regular basis! well with some persistence look what I got out of the drain!!! only other way to get that out would be to dig the whole thing up! big money saved!!!!
