22.01.2022 ... where the quoted price is the TOTAL price, with none of the sneaky extras and ‘add-ons’ (stamp duty, credit card fees, admin fee, registration recovery fees, moustache taxes etc) that you will find with most other companies.

17.01.2022 So we just hooked a 19yo driver up with a late model hatchback for four days for just $196... including FULL LIABILITY COVER! If you are not sure of what Liability Cover means, the ‘liability’ is the financial responsibility (otherwise known as the ‘excess’ or ‘deductible’) that you will have over the vehicle if it is damaged while under your possession. Most of the large companies leave you with a liability of several thousand dollars and charge up to $35 per day if you wish to reduce this liability. When we provide a quote, however, it is inclusive of full liability cover *certain exceptions apply such as deliberate abuse or driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol; underbody damage and overhead damage and single vehicle accidents as a result of recklessness may not be covered or may attract a higher liability.

12.01.2022 Yesterday I booked a rental car for an old schoolmate. He's over 21 but that's okay. He had found a deal on a compact car for $165 for three days plus liability reduction cost of $25/day. $240 in total, and a security bond would have been charged to his credit card. I told him FORGET THAT and got him a medium sized hatchback for $168 INCLUDING zero liability. And I gave him a $33 discount. $135 in total, and no security bond required. Just sayin’ give us a chance and we'll save you some $$$

03.01.2022 I was pleased to receive an enquiry for a 17-day rental... I offered a great deal $50/day including full liability cover (with a zero excess) AND allowing for two drivers... but the client was too slow to get back to us and the price had gone up by $300 by the time he tried to book three days later. Please guys, when we give you a great deal... JUMP ON IT! Otherwise rates are subject to change without notice...

03.01.2022 A week ago, I replied to an enquiry for a 17-day booking. I offered a late model 5-door hatchback for $847, which is about $49/day... and I made it clear that this quote included full liability cover* No security bond required, and no responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur. *normal exclusions apply Some companies charge $25 to $35 per day JUST for this level of liability cover in addition to the actual rental cost. Ours includes it. Mine also includes payme...nt by credit card, and also allows for a driver under the age of 21. It's a total price. And $49/day - including all of these - is unbeatable. It also included a free pickup from the airport upon arrival and a free transfer back to the airport upon return. The client replied to say it was 'far and away' more expensive than other quotes he received. ouch! "Far. And. Away"? So I offered him $20 cash if he would let me know of any deal better than mine. Seven days later, we have not heard from him. We have been doing this for twelve years. We know our deals are unbeatable :)

01.01.2022 Sorry everyone. I wondered why enquiries from https://www.under21carhire.com had been so slow over recent days. Upon investigation, it turns out that the 'security certificate' for that site expired four days ago, resulting in readers being blocked from the site. And of course I received no notification. Should be fixed now and I believe I need a glass of wine.
