25.01.2022 I was asked today what to do if your Pit Paste goes a bit firm in this very cold weather?? A quick 10 sec zap in your microwave will soften it straight back up, or alternatively just rub your finger onto the surface for a few seconds to make it more scoopable

17.01.2022 I have a day off tomorrow () and while I always think I can jam way more than I can into those few kid free hours, I do want to try this recipe for homemade mouth wash from Anita Vandyke’s rocket_science Instagram page; * 2-3 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda * 250ml water * 5-10 drops of Peppermint essential oil ... Shake thoroughly and rinse around your mouth as you would a commercial mouth wash. I’ll keep you posted on the results

11.01.2022 Sometimes kids can give you the greatest clarity.. my very determined 6 year old gave me a lesson today in how to be passionate about your cause and that your never to small to try and influence the world She wrote this letter to the Minister for Health after seeing a program about smoking and asking me how you can write to the government. I got to thinking today about what it actually means... it’s easy to write it off as being a bit ‘wanky’, but actually I think as women we tend to have trouble promoting ourselves and today is a good reminder that us girls have the goods and should be happy to tell the world about our achievements.
