25.01.2022 Were pleased to update the Underbank community that a preliminary agreement has now been reached with the Moorabool Shire Council Officers after working through revisions to River View (Stages 9 to 15) masterplan. We have been advised that the River View plan revisions will be considered at a Council meeting in September. 07.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that we have received the Statement of Compliance from the Council for Stages 5a and 6 at Underbank. We will now apply for titles. Typically titles take about 14 days to be issued after lodging.

07.01.2022 RIVERS EDGE UPDATE NOVEMBER 2019 Construction is now complete for stages 5a to 8 and we are going through the final checks with the relevant authorities. We anticipate that the lots will be titled as follows: ... Stage 5a, 6 and 8: Early December 2019 Stage 7: Mid December 2019 A reminder that if you havent already asked your bank to value your lot then please do so. Construction of a Sewer Pump Station to the south of the precinct started last week, this is estimated to be completed in early 2020. We will then start construction on the 11 lots in Stage 5b.
