25.01.2022 * UGP Lotus Exige S/C Cup 240 - A personal project* Departing from our usual style of European performance, we have been quietly working on a pet project car to be used across Victoria s awesome race tracks. After 7 months of tinkering we have finally blessed the rollers with our owner Alexs already well-sorted supercharged Lotus Exige Cup 240. The following modifications were carried out both in-house and with partners:... - Harrop tvs1320 supercharger upgrade - Bosch 1000cc injectors / DW300 fuel pump - ProAlloy larger baffled fuel tank - Really Light Stuff intercooler and side pod ducting - 2tubular exhaust + Lotus sport decat pipe - Haltech Elite 1000 ecu + custom loom - TD 1.2 wheels with AD08R (road wheels) - Lotus forged wheels with AR1 semis (track wheels) Tuned on 98 octane, we peaked at 203kw to the rears at 12psi (151kw stock) which at 900kg feels very sharp indeed. Its a real joy to take a pure drivers car and make it arguably better with a solution that suits the chassis balance and improves repeatability. Very sharp acceleration with a big on cam kick from the Toyota 2zz variable cam timing coupled with the larger twin vertrices supercharger by Harrop. Still some tidying to do for this project, but a spare motor is also to be prepped for more boost, E85 and charge cooling once time and resources permit. 22.01.2022 An update to Scott's Mk7.5 R with Venom 550 hybrid turbo. 324kw / 520nm at all 4 wheels UGP supplied and installed a concealed AEM V2 water methanol injection system and updated the ecu calibration to add extra advance to ignition but only at lower intake temperatures. ... This approach keeps the engine safe even when the water meth system stops flowing or is disabled. An extra 500rpm was also added the the rev limit. Underground Performance - Juice it up

Blessed with the strong B58 motor, identical to that in the latest Supra, there is a lot of potential left on the table. We installed a Redstar catless downpipe and tuned to suit. Power at the wheels - 283kw (220kw recorded stock)... Torque at the wheels - 615nm (520nm recorded stock) Aside from our own boost / igntion / fuel formula, we made additional changes to throttle mapping, boost by gear and drive modes. 07.01.2022 Tuning something a little bit different today. Jan has been on a spending spree in the last couple of months. Picking up a Frankenturbo FT21 and some other supporting hardware. Injectors, MAF, S3 inlet manifold, FMIC, 3 inch turbo back. We tuned this one to ramp up easy as the engine is stock internally. Still pulled some good numbers with fuel thats a few weeks old. ... We dont see too many of these but they are a great entry to the world of VAG tuning! Give UGP a shout if your 9N3 needs a boost up.

01.01.2022 DS1 Flexfuel solution for RS3 FL fully tested then customised by UGP. 374kw / 720nm at all 4 wheels on E82.5 flex map by UGP. This is a vehicle has the Dyno Spectrum DS1 module, flex sensor with usual intake / downpipe / cooler, inlet still to fit. Can obviously be implemented on a stage 1 car or stage 3 / 4 vehicle with larger turbo, stronger internals.... Features include dash display for E- content, boost (under power and torque dash 'powerballs'), main map switching on the fly, rolling antilag, ultra rich logging and more.
