20.01.2022 Yey, we are very excited to announce we have reopened but please bare with us...!! As we were closed for 5 weeks, there are a lot of you who have missed out and we are trying our best to catch up with each and every one of you whilst working limited hours due to the COVID restrictions. We are super excited to be back in the salon, but to ensure the 4 square meter restrictions, there will only be one of us in the salon at all times. To help us with this restriction, we also... ask that you please do not bring anyone extra with you to your hair appointment. There is hand sanitizer at the front desk and also placed at every station, we encourage you to use this when you enter and also throughout your service. I know we seem to be asking a lot, but we are just trying our best to keep you all healthy and safe, but one more, if you're feeling unwell, or have been around anyone feeling unwell, we do ask that you give us a buzz and reschedule. At this point of time, we can only offer hair services, anything beauty is still out of the question, as soon as this changes we will post another update. Please, please be patient with us during this time of uncertainty, we are trying our best to get everyone in, but please keep in mind there is only one of us in the salon each day..... 07.01.2022 As we all know, for anyone in Melbourne and Mitchelle Shire, it is now mandatory that they wear face masks. We know we are not in those region's, however...... Covid cases are slowly on the rise here in Ballarat, and to protect each and every one of you, and ourselves, we are doing our part to stop the spread Whilst we are unable to social distance when doing your hair, and as per Government recommendations, from here on in we will be wearing masks in the salon whilst worki...ng (unlike the lovely lady in the poster behind me lol ), and we request that you do also. We ask that you either bring your own (disposable needed if you're having a colour service, we would hate to destroy a fabric one on you) or we do have a supply of disposable masks available to purchase at the time of your appointment We also ask for the usual at the moment, please use the hand sanitizer when you enter the salon, and throughout the process if you're in the salon for a little while. We have numerous set ups, at the front counter and at every station for easy accessibility We also ask (and many of you have been fantastic already, so a BIG thank you ) but, if you or a family member are unwell, please call and reschedule. I know there's alot we are asking at the moment, but it's such a crazy uncertain time for everyone and we are just trying our best to keep everyone safe . Thank you for your understanding xoxo
