18.01.2022 Quick and easy, sure to be a hit this Australia Day. To make it sweeter, UNIBIC ANZAC biscuits are half price at Coles this week! UNIBIC ANZAC icecream sandwich 12 serves... litre vanilla icecream (leave out of freezer until it softens a little) cup golden syrup 1 pack 300g UNIBIC ANZAC biscuits Mix the golden syrup and iceream together. Place a scoop of icecream (just under quarter of a cup) between two ANZAC biscuits. Freeze for 4+ hours (preferably overnight). #Australiaday #icecream #icecreamsandwich
