21.01.2022 [RECIPE WEDNESDAY] Hey everyone, I'm so slack with posting on FB so I decided that as of tonight I will be posting a yummy recipe that I have tried throughout the week. Some will be original, some will be copied with a Unicorn twist :). Hopefully this will hold me accountable to post more often, haha! Oh and also I have enough spaces to take another one or two clients. So if you want kickarse results, whilst having a fun and challenging yourself then please contact me on 0425883680 or if you see a green/blue haired trainer getting around Newcomb Derrimut then that's me, come say hi.

20.01.2022 [YUMMY RECIPE] Swap out the brown sugar for stevia and you have a great addition to the kids lunchbox :). Clearly not my recipe, but it was to good not to share!

19.01.2022 [JUST REMEMBER THIS WHEN YOU'RE FLAT!] Training is tough, it's gritty! It's all or nothing, it's not something that can be done half arsed (if you want results). It's all the pain, the tears and the frustration, that makes every small PR a huge deal. Rarely do we look pretty and 'hot' whilst trying to get our last 2 reps out! Stick with it and I can promise that you will look bangin' outside the gym, I can promise that you will reach levels higher than you ever thought was possible, all you need to do is trust in the process and trust in your team.

15.01.2022 [REAL PEOPLE, REAL SITUATIONS] Okay I'm going to play the devils advocate here, and say it's Chrissy, it's okay! You've been grinding hard all year long, diet and training are on point! You're feeling great, looking better than ever before and BOOM, it's the silly season. You have 2 choices! 1/ You can stay strong and eat the way you usually do if that tickles your fancy OR 2/ You can loosen up a little for a meal or 2, enjoy it with friends and family and just know that 1 me...al won't mess you up! It's when you can't get back up that will take its toll. Myself personally, I had Chrissy dinner at Mums and Dads last night. It was glorious, a big beautiful roast followed by traditional Christmas desserts. Yes I ate it and no I don't feel guilty. It's memories built around those times that are priceless, if you can enjoy time spent with your family eating without breaking diet, do it then. But remember memories made are far more important than an ab poking through a week earlier! Merry Christmas x.

09.01.2022 Well done team, see you next week :).

06.01.2022 [RECIPE WEDNESDAY] This salad is effing amazing!!!! It's so fresh and versatile!!! 1/8 Cucumber, cut the way you like... 1/2 Pitted black olives 10-15g Feta cheese (your choice of type) Fresh mint to taste I eat it with some steamed chicken or homemade Chicken meatballs, shazlicks etc. Dressing if needed as I don't use one because the feta and olive add a load of moisture and taste. 1 tbs Olive oil 1.5 tsp Balsamic vinegar Black pepper to taste. If you like spice, you could add a red chilli, seeds and all. Hope you're having an amazing warm week.

06.01.2022 [Prep time 20 mins and then let it cook] I forgot to take a pic once I popped all the veggies in. This is 15 days of lunches sorted. They're all seasoned and sauced up so it's not boring and meh. I also divided a fortnight of chicken boob into the correct amounts and marinated that in 4 different marinades to stop me from getting bored. Each day for the next fortnight I will be able to grab my meal and my chicken out of the fridge the night before and then I'm good to go! Makes getting/staying on the right track easy!

04.01.2022 DON'T BELIEVE THAT SILLY OUTDATED BMI! At 20% body fat, I'm not sure that this calculation is correct, LOL! Go by pics, clothes and measurements! It's a load more accurate!

02.01.2022 Check it out :).

01.01.2022 [RECIPE WEDNESDAY] - 50G Bulk Nutrients WPC, any flavour - Stevia to taste - 2 XL Eggs... - 20G Flaxmeal - 1/8-1/4 tsp baking powder - Unsweetened almond milk (enough to make it the right consistency) Heat pan with 10g salted butter, only on medium heat! Cook until bubbles on topside and then flip. I put a lid on top and semi steam so it's nice and fluffy. Once pancake/s have been removed, add 180g berries with 2 tbsp water, add stevia to taste and reduce. Pour berries over the top and enjoy with some Queens SF maple syrup :).
