Too many people focus on just ticking off a workout or burning calories rather than improving performance or gaining strength. Training hard and intelligently for 4 hours a week is far superior to training randomly for 10 hours a week. If you need some structure in you routine, now is the time to come see us.

Its time to start sharing some stories about our legend members So far hes dropped 18kg, 58cm off his body measurments and his strength has gone through the roof with some huge 1RM numbers - 180kg deadlift, 145 squat and 95kg bench!
