25.01.2022 The Government has to decided to lift our restriction of trade. However, we have decided to close Uni Hair and Beauty until further notice. It's our responsibility to make sure our Staff and Clients are safe, and feel this is the best decision and the right thing to do to help prevent any chances of spread of COVID-19. Even though we take all necessary precautions to protecting anyone who enters our salon, it is our way of helping the Australia slow this down. 20.01.2022 With a new academic year about to begin, NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) will again be carrying out temporary traffic management to reduce congestion and ...provide safer conditions for road users living near and travelling to UOW. From Monday 4 March for three weeks, traffic will be monitored on the M1 Princes Motorway during peak periods. If queues form along the M1, traffic controllers will divert all westbound traffic on University Avenue left onto Irvine Street to access UOW via Murphys Avenue and Robsons Road. RMS expects that diversions will occur between 8.15am and 8.45am from Tuesday to Thursday, based on previous years. Traffic heading towards the University from the M1 northbound will not be diverted. Outside peak periods traffic will continue to access UOW via Irvine Street and Northfields Avenue. Bus access from University Avenue onto Irvine Street will not be affected during diversions. Residents will have access to their properties at all times. Students and staff are encouraged to walk, cycle, carpool or catch public transport, including the free UOW or Gong shuttle buses. https://uow.to/transport

19.01.2022 Dear Clients, it is heavy heart that we make this announcement. Due to the Restrictions the Government has put in place for Hair and Beauty Salons. The Salon will be closed as of tomorrow Thursday 26th of March @ 11.30am until further notice. We have been contacting clients who have future appointments but couldn’t call everyone today, so I shall continue to finishing contacting you all tomorrow. ... We are not sure how long we will be closed for but we have started to create a list for clients who we will contact as soon as we know we are allowed to re-open. If you wish to be on this list please let us know. If you have any questions during the time we are closed please reach out to us. You can contact the salon phone as it will be diverted to my mobile or through Facebook and Instagram. We hope this passes soon so we can get back to work and get to see you all.
