19.01.2022 This week is National NAIDOC Week, 8-15 November, with some great activities occurring throughout the region. Port Pirie kicked off the week with an official event at the Port Pirie Regional Council chambers and Flinders View Park. NAIDOC Week recognises that First Nations people have cared for Australia for more than 65,000 years through this year’s theme: ‘Always was, always will be’.

05.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: Following advice from SA Health, our Port Pirie and Port Augusta study centres will be CLOSED to students as of midnight tonight (18 November) for six days. Any of our students needing support around their study during this time can give us a call on 8656 9951. We will continue to keep students up to date with developments as SA Health provides further advice.

04.01.2022 Have you seen the amazing light exhibition in Port Augusta which is part of NAIDOC Week? The 'Project our Culture 2K20' exhibition is illuminating the Town Hall and Davenport Pty building opposite, with artwork by regional Aboriginal artists. Check it out at 47 and 54 Commercial Road, from 9 - 13 November, 8:30 to 11 each night.
