07.01.2022 This is a massive shout out to a legend called Bradley @thespottedcow77 the AGM for UniLodge Melbourne. This will be Bradley's 8th year raising money for Movember , having raised $69,503 with the support of some awesome people and businesses and his aim is to reach $80,000 in donations this year. Keep scrolling to see how you can help! The ‘Mo’ has always been a conversation starter and as he is based in Victoria this Movember Bradley will be growing a Mo behind a ma...sk. He is also limited in social interactions so whilst we may not be able to have a conversation face to face there is still plenty of options available. Bradley will be using his Move challenge to promote exercise. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. This Movember Bradley has been walking a marathon every day for 30 days. That’s 21.1 km minimum each day and over 600kms for the month! #crazy You can get involved: 1. Make a donation via https://au.movember.com/mospace/6543353 all funds raised go directly to Movember to support men’s health. 2.
