13.01.2022 Our friends at University of Melbourne Vegan Club are hosting a panel discussion and Q&A this Tuesday night on the challenges confronting society and the large array of plant-based alternatives in the constantly evolving space. They're also providing free vegan cheesy goodness (along with plant-based meats) so if you've been curious to taste vegan cheese and haven't had the chance to do so, this your moment! 02.01.2022 As the Student Union Election approaches tomorrow, the committee at the Cheese Club want to stress the importance of voting in the student elections. Every year, all students at The University of Melbourne pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). This fee goes towards maintaining and improving the wonderful services that UMSU offers. The student union elections are your opportunity to exercise your democratic right within the student body and have your say in how t...he SSAF is distributed, throughout the union. If UMSU did not exist, the opportunity to provide cheese, week-after-week to all of our most loyal members, would not exist along with it. UMSU is run by students, for students and it is imperative that we support its operation by voting in the election; affording University of Melbourne Cheese-Connoiseurs of the future, the Cheese Club they deserve for years to come!
