12.01.2022 http://WINNERS ARE GRINNERS Take a look at these numbers from our 2020 Spring into Summer challenge. The combined amount of body fat lost = 163%... The combined amount of lean muscle added = 21kg The combined amount of weight lost = 300kg . We are absolutely stoked with everyone’s results! . A huge congratulations to Donna and Oscar (team mother and son) for taking out this years challenge with both gaining more than a kilogram of lean muscle each and stripping a significant amount of body fat in the process. . The great thing about this is the university’s lecturers and students are often researching important aspects of exercise technique and analysis of movement. . Today we were lucky enough to participate in one of these studies, learning more on the kinematics and muscle activation of the dip.
