18.01.2022 New Explanation of Martial Arts Knowledge :-- (1) (1) Martial arts and cultural affairs in the Western Zhou Dynasty.... 1100~771, 770~221 770~476476~221 551~479 571 470~391 455~395 . (1) Martial arts and cultural affairs in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Army training and Military Dancing in the Western Zhou Dynasty (1100~771 BC), It can be traced back to the "ShangshuPastoral Oaths" which states: ,The above refers to King Wu (the son of King Zhou Wen) vowed to kill King Shang Zhou on the outskirts of the Shang capital in order to boost morale, Military dance performed before the battle, There was a six-step, seven-step freehand dance, There are stab dances that are stunned by six and seven cuts. Showcase like this, Rhythmic and well-organized exercises are called "Combat Dance." It also became the embryonic form of martial arts in later generations. Later, Zhou Gongdan (the younger brother of King Wu) assisted King Wu to cut down Zhou twice. And get the help of all the nobleman to destroy Shang dynasty, Elect King Zhou Wu as a co-lord and obtain the power to command the nation. Then Zhou Gongdan inherited the sage’s "Respect for Virtue and People for the People" as the principle of governing the country. Making rituals and making music silently transforms the folk customs, and in terms of cultivating talents, it also continues the six previous arts: Ritual, music, shooting, imperial, book, calculation. Discipline for the children of the nobility. Therefore, the Chinese culture and civilization were carried forward and influenced later generations. During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period (770~221 BC), as the noblemen conquered each other to fight for supremacy. Every effort is made to accommodate people with special skills or some counselors, Among them, there are many courageous and strategic talents to take refuge in, and there has been a style of nourishing scholars. Therefore, a kind of "Chivalrous" spirit that emphasizes integrity and despise life and death is derived. Such as "Zhuangzi Sword Part" records: "The King Zhao Wen of the Warring States Period Xijian, the swordsman invited more than 3,000 people. Day and night, the dead and wounded were hundreds per year , and never tire . Another example is the record of "Xunzi Military Chapter": Qi guy enjoy combat. In the Spring and Autumn Period, there was a woman in Qucheng who was good at swordsmanship (later called Yue woman). In response to the question of "The rule of free fighting" by the King of Yue Goujian, she said: the ways of combat, nner real spirit, It shows people like a polite woman, if capture it like a tiger, dressing up by qi, and advancing with mind. ""Tao with a door, and it also has yin and yang. When you open or close the door, the yin declines and the yang flourishes." Zhuangzi also said in Sword Chapter: "sword rule, shows what is imaginary, opens by profit, reaction forwad ,speedy than attack. The above illustrates the blazing martial arts in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period, It also shows that the way of combat (or martial art) lies in the philosophy of knowing the ebb and flow of Yin and Yang, We also need to understand the law of offense and defense, which can gain momentum and opportunity is never going to be a disadvantage. The Academic Thought of the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period: The great wheel of history often has wonderful laws, The so-called "long time must be divided, long time divided must be combined", Until the end of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770-476 years ago), The royal family is better than pleasure, and morality has fallen, Trapped in a situation where "Rule destroy and worse", The noblemen think divorced . Finally, the power fell, and the former glory of the Zhou royal family gradually dimmed. The noblemen made plans to expand their powers, and they all pay attention to the talents in order to win the political power. Until the Warring States Period (476-221 BC), wars were frequent, and the princes in various places had the ambition to dominate. They all vigorously promote a variety of academic skills and recruit talents to help the battle. At this time, the official studies of the Zhou royal family have begun to flow into the folks, regardless of whether the children of the nobles or ordinary people can study various academic skills, and suddenly arouse the trend of academic thinking. In history, it was called "A Hundred strive for favor". The famous ones are nine ranks and ten. That is Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism, Law, Ming, Yin and Yang, and the other four are politicalists, miscellaneous families, farmers, and novelists. Novelists among them are not popular. There are only six scholars who have more influence on later generations. That is Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism, Law, Name and Yin and Yang. Here is a brief summary of the six scholars points: (1) Confucianism-Founded by Confucius (551~479 BC), he was born in Lu and his ancestors were from Song. He was a great thinker, educator, and later became a teacher for all generations. Advocating the moralization of the people, his thoughts were born out of the Zhou Dynasty ritual and music tradition, and advocated education without distinction, with benevolence and sincerity, filial piety as its core values. (2) Taoism-founded by Lao Tzu (born in about 571 BC, year of death is unknown). He was a native of Ruoxian County of Chu State, and he studied under Rong Shang, the late Yin and Shang minister. In the Spring and Autumn Period, Ren Zhu was under the history of the Zhou dynasty. He proposed that "Tao" is the origin of the universe governing by doing nothing. His thoughts have unique insights into the universe, society and life. He authored "Tao De Jing" which became a classic of Taoism. Later Taoism was regarded as the ancestor. (3) The Mo family was founded by Mo Di (470~391 BC), a native of Song Dynasty, or a native of Lu. Advocating ten theories; namely, universal love, non-attack, celestial aspirations, clear ghosts, loyalty, virtuous, non-fate, non-music, festival of use, festival of burial, etc., which fully reflect his simple natural religious view. He also created a set of scientific theories similar to modern geometry, physics, and optics. (4) Legalist-representative Li Di (455~395 BC) Wei Guoan was a native of Wei Guoan, who served as the minister of Wei State and presided over the reform. His combination of "emphasis on agriculture" and "rule of law" had a great influence on Shang Yang, Wu Qi, and Han Feizi. Take the rule of law as its core idea. Emphasizing "not to be close to each other", "not to be distinguished from noble or inferior", and "to be judged by the law", his propositions are still far-reaching. (5) Famous and representative figures include Deng Xi, Gongsunlong, Song Xian, Yin Wen, Hui Shi and others. Although the scholarship of famous scholars is a kind of "discriminator" that can contend with hundreds of schools of thought in the pre-Qin Dynasty, it has only come to the Han Dynasty. The School of Famous Scholars is a school that uses selective thinking to prove that "name" and "reality" are famous. It is known for being good at argumentation. For example, Gongsun Long (a native of Zhao during the Warring States Period), he put forward speculative topics such as "white horse is not a horse", "hard white stone", and "contract difference". (6) Yin Yang Family-Founder Zou Yan, a native of the Warring States Period. He proposed that the world is divided into the "Great Kyushu Theory" and explained the nature and social development. The Five Elements Theory was quite popular during the Warring States Period. Five elements, one is water, second is fire, third is wood, fourth is gold, and fifth is earth." There is a way of mutual generation and mutual restraint. The theory of yin and yang and the five elements constructs a large-scale cosmic schema, trying to explain the causes of natural phenomena and the laws of change. The astronomy, meteorology, chemistry, arithmetic, phonology and medicine of the Chinese nation are all influenced by the theory of yin and yang and the five elements. And developed. The last time I did it was during foundation course of Yiquan more than 15 years ago, the time was rushed, and in a blink of an eye, I am on my thirties. Compare to bothers in Main School, the process is not as good as expected, among these years, it is grateful I still had an unabated interest, echoed far away under the Southern Cross Star with China and Hong Kong divisions. 09.01.2022 2020 2020 Combat Course 2020 (... (1) ""~ ; (2) ""~ ; (3) " " ~ Tactical martial arts training, found by Master Wang RuXun Alexander; a foundation derived from Combat Defense technique of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts, mapping to a scope inspired by many aspects of Ancient Chinese Art of War. for instances: *A critical analytic tactic for winning conditions (war of art 1 - Laying Plan - The Calculation ) *A Overall countermeasure scope of different combat variations (War of Art - The measure) *The timing & accuracy of offense (War of Art - The Strategy) * Naturally stage combat sports in China wasnt able to be as developed as Western countries Master Wangs concept of Tactical Martial arts training is a linear development from historical references as well as modification of traditional martial arts training. His tactical combat aspects start from different basic trainings for key combat moments with a focus on hand methods: * Long - Middle distance training (approaching from one step away from opponent) *Middle - short distance training (approach from half step distance to body contact) *Grappling / Locking training (already body contact distance) Foot work methods & kicks training (in one vs many situation) *Ground methods training (offence & defence in case of fallen on ground fighting) There are hundreds / thousands of different Chinese martial arts styles. Even with recently developed martial arts styles, observing their forms can tell their training focuses are within the above syllabus, only it may only focus on strengthening one or a few concepts. With advancement in technology & birth of fire weapons, martial arts practitioners slowly shifting focuses to health rejuvenation. And in the ever changing empirical state at the time, many great martial artists had little to no choice but retired into temples & mountains, giving a chance of Union between martial arts & spiritual cultivation training. Comes the birth of two most influential traditional Chinese martial arts branches: Shaolin representing External. Wudang representing Internal. Master Wangs new training syllabus is based on both internal & externals foundation trainings along with a general 5 strategic combat principles from The Arts of War. This allows new students to quickly develop a large scale frame work of Chinese martial arts as a whole then as students progress further, they can selectively explore different part of the puzzle. 3 1 2 3~
