23.01.2022 Preparation for the WEKAF World championships is well underway . Great session today with Bill, William Sellers. Started with some circuit training the. 30 min...s of sparring incorporating reactive styles to different offences styles and then some pad work to cool down. We finished up with coordination and targeting which got the mind working after a tiring session.
