25.01.2022 Some days I get a pretty amazing office to work in. More sign installs at Girraween National Park today and after all the walking I am pleased this project is complete. Come and visit the Granite Belt and check out my handy work. In spite of the drought the park is beautiful with new growth everywhere even in the bits of the park that were impacted by bushfire in February.

24.01.2022 Unfortunately I don't get time to post up much stuff on our work page. Occasionally I get to do a job that forces me to make the effort. So here is todays "challenge". 3.6m x 2.4 m light box face replacements. The old acrylic sheets in this are 1.8m x 2.4m in size each and weigh over 40kg each. NOw for the special bit, this place is right on the New England Highway in Tenterfield and a fair chunk of the box is over the footpath which just happens to have brick planters. The r...est of it is in the garden bed. No scissor lift or cherry picker access so all done off the good old mobile tower scaffolding and my big ass ladder. Old sheets out and new backlit vinyl skins (with lacquer coating) installed. Just had an email from the client and he is over the moon now it is all lit up. Gotta admit I am glad that one is done and dusted.

12.01.2022 Here is a small video taken by one of our clients. Imagine making a surfboard fin out of plastic taken from the ocean. That is what the good folks at 5 oceans are doing. We have been very proud to work through their R&D process with them to achieve the branding they required on one of the most unusual items we have ever been asked to print (and we get asked to print on lots of weird stuff).... It just goes to show that we can do some first class things on the Granite Belt that help to meet the challenges of modern living. Remember; Reduce, ReUse, Recycle.

11.01.2022 So part of the thing that makes our job interesting is some of the more left of centre requirements we get asked to do. The brief for this was to do a Captain America shield. The customer had the aluminum discs spun and our job was to do the graphics. This turned out really good and I must say is pretty cool.
