18.01.2022 To our valued Customers, In light of the recent developments regarding the corona-virus (COVID-19), we at Unique Wrought Iron wanted to inform you of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. In addition, ensuring that you will have a lessened impact on the supply of products and services from our team. Unfortunately the production program was impacted by 4 weeks since the outbreak from China however since then production now... is running at full capacity. The team in China are running a 24/7 operation to make up for lost time. Shipment of Products from China are in now on water and our first container since the outbreak is due to arrive at the Port of Melbourne on the 3rd of April. Containers are being fumigated as per the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services to assure sterility of goods and having no residual contamination from organisms. WHAT WERE DOING throughout our showroom with our Sales Consultants and on site with our Installation Teams : Our Showroom and Vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in accordance with recommendations from medical authorities. Hand Sanitizer is already available inside of our showroom and vehicles . All employees have been instructed to wash their hands regularly, routinely clean their individual work areas and stay home if they are feeling ill. We will continue to monitor developments and update this communication if anything changes. Our showroom will remain open and hours are unchanged, i.e. 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday.
