11.01.2022 For those of you who don't know much about Reflexology. Heres a simple chart to give you an idea. Although I am not a reflexologist, I like to do a bit of reflexology in my massages because I believe everything starts at the feet and we must look after them. I study these charts quite often and watch a lot of youtube clips to teach myself more for my clients. Who doesn't like a good foot massage!! :) x

07.01.2022 Hey everyone!! So I went to a seminar this weekend on back pain and Sciatic nerve pain. It was very interesting! I learnt a lot about Sciatica and ways to get rid of this terrible pain! So if there is anyone that does suffer from back pain or Sciatica and would like to book in with me and learn a bit then pm me! :) $70 for an hour per person. Or $50 each if there is two people.
