24.01.2022 I've been to a few different Christmas celebrations over the past few days and something that has really stood out to me is what we say to each other when we catch up or meet and greet. Usually it's based on our appearance... "You've lost weight" or "you're looking good in those shorts" Imagine if we all knew how fabulous we are, and we just spoke about life when we were lucky enough to catch up with friends.... There would be so much more time to talk about things like what new movies are out, or exchange recipes or what you did on the weekend or that time the jet ski floated out into the sea or even that time when you laughed so much you wet your pants.. That's the stuff that makes you laugh and creates memories. Try it! This new years!
