15.01.2022 **UNDER CONSTRUCTION** A new build is underway in Rosewood for a ‘first home owner’

13.01.2022 WHEN WE MAKE OUR CLIENTS SMILE THAT’S REAL SUCCESS! Today we handed over this beautiful custom designed home at Spring Mountain! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, gym room, separate media, big laundry, spacious kitchen with walk in pantry and a large alfresco area! It has plenty of extras too - 2700mm high ceilings, ducted air-conditioning, barn door, finger pull cabinetry, tiling from floor to ceiling in wet areas just to name a few! ... Our client works in WA and was unable to visit whilst COVID restrictions were in place meaning that they did not get to see any stages of the build in person until today! Thankfully due to the many forms of communication available today, we were able to keep our client up to date with lots of phone calls, emails, texts, photos and face time calls throughout the build! Also have to say a big thank you to our client’s parents for assisting and meeting us onsite when required - it was greatly appreciated! When our client arrived today, they were very happy with the result!
