Its always very gratifying introducing new people to yoga , advanced breathing techniques and meditation. We focused on one of the best breathing technique I have ever been taught through Patrick and the @oxygenadvantage . .... These boys were great and I loved their focus . Outside of me teaching in many studios around Brisbane my good friend @flipdis_leaga allowed me to teach 4 classes a week at his training studio @f4f_brisbane . ... . I started with 3 people showing up then within 4 weeks we were cramming in 28 people into the squat racks just so they could do a class. . Im sharing this with you because on Aug the 23rd it will be our 6th birthday and I want to thank everyone who has had any kind of connection with Raw Power Yoga. . We now have a studio that can fit in 100 students , we have our own teacher training program ,we have had some of the most respected teachers in the yoga world come and hold workshops here @diceyoga,@bryan_kest Just to name a few . .
