20.01.2022 My inspiration comes from my garden. I still see remnants of Summer. Little bursts of sunshine, buzzing of bees and, I don’t know why, but loads of beautiful cumquats. I cut them, like flowers and enjoy them in my kitchen. I hope you enjoy my watercolour. Blue and white is so appealing, make this yours by sending me a message.

19.01.2022 Just got a commission today via snail mail for a painting of a possum. The gentleman says ‘Poss’ is a term of endearment he assigned to his daughter from the time when she was very little. I was so touched by the sentiment, naturally, I agreed. Where ever you are Poss, your Dad loves you. Please forgive him.

17.01.2022 So here is little ‘Poss’. As I posted a week or so, I was commissioned to make a painting of a Possum for a gentleman who is very estranged from his family. Poss is a term of endearment he assigned to his daughter when she was very young. I’ve been asked to send this to his girl, with a note attached. I hope when she receives this, she will appreciate the gesture and feel something deep in her heart for her Dad. Wherever you are Poss, your Dad loves you, please forgive him.

16.01.2022 I’m loving this print framed up. I know my profession is to make art and at the same time, to make a living. But sometimes I love my art in my own home. Luckily, this is a hand coloured, hand made print and I can make one for you.

05.01.2022 It’s been 24 months and 10 days since I closed the doors on my Studio in Town. I was told today that I’m still missed in there. My journey has certainly taken a different direction. One that gives me a huge amount of satisfaction. I am so grateful for the time spent in my nicely curated little shop/gallery/workshop/studio. Life is such an adventure. Not to be too cliche, but as one door closed, many more opened. Still living the dream and following my passion.

01.01.2022 I’ve been experimenting with collagraphs lately. I found some gorgeous hand made 100% cotton rag paper with a deckle edge. Oh my, I had buy sheets and sheets of it! I’m running a limited edition of this one. Framed up, it’s going to look fabulous! Contact me direct to order yours.
