24.01.2022 QUICK & EASY SPICED PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE _ Prep in advance & be ready to hit the week strong! ... Pre-steamed pumpkin (steam a batch in 15 mins at the w'end or while making dins & store in the fridge ready to go!) Nut Milk (I usually use Coconut or Almond milk) 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp LSA mix (Linseed, Almond, Sunflower) 1 tbs Almond Butter Optional: 1 scoop of protein (I use either ATP Science Chocolate flav collagen peptides or Gelatin Australia) Always remember to CHEW your smoothies & consume slowly. Digestion begins before you even take your first bite/ sip/ swig (we DON’T swig or guzzle over here for this exact reason ) This might be a quick & simple breakfast, but your digestive system loves to work diligently & optimally to absorb every smidgen of nutrition that you feed it. It still needs time to do that. There are no short cuts. You can go a long way in supporting that process by sloooowing down!
