25.01.2022 Due to a recent unforeseen personal change in the administration of the UABA ,any future UABA litter applications will now need to be processed by myself (Tina Vernon) or Rebecca Fraser. Any breeders that have sent in their litter application forms and have or are experiencing certificate delivery problems could you please touch base with me by email [email protected] or by text on 0408777927 or Rebecca by email to [email protected] ... We apologize for any inconvenience to our members during this period of time. Kind Regards Tina

25.01.2022 Just going through some of our old memories tonight of the first Aussie Bulldog litter ever to be advertised in Australia and looking at the breed type that was then desired within the breed at pups being 62.5% to now in 2018 with Aussie Bulldog breakaway clubs registering dogs as Aussie that are as high as 98 percent British blood. As the co founder of the breed this greatly disappoints me to see this happening. The Aussie Bulldog was never intended to be bred to look more B...ritish in appearance. It is time for breeders to take a step back or two and study the look of the original line of Aussie bulldogs and adjust their breeding to once again start to breed the Aussie Bulldog as it was originally intended to be bred in the late 1998-2004. If Breeders do not seriously start to change their way of breeding then soon there will be very few bulldogs being bred in Australia that can really be classed as an Aussie Bulldog. I don’t see how breeders can have their puppies registered under the title Aussie /Australian Bulldog when the pups don’t fit into the set breed standard . All I can further say is to anyone considering to purchase a new Aussie Bulldog puppy for their family, please read the original breed history of both the Jag & Nobles lines and look at all relevant old history photos and then make your choice to which puppy you purchase. Aussie Bulldogs are supposed to be bred Robust, Athlectic, Functional. Bulldogs that can handle our Australian weather conditions. I think because 85% of Aussie Bulldog breeders are pairing their dogs up to produce litters over 90% that the general population think that this is the norm for the look of the breed, when clearly it is not. Every single Bulldog breed in existence has had the same issue, DO you really want to see this happen to our beautiul Australian Bulldog? 13.01.2022 Australian Bulldogs which have been properly socialized with children are usually very good with them. This breed is not only extremely tolerant of roughhousing and the loud noises and jerky movements of children, but also very playful and affectionate with them. Did you know we create Certificates of Ancestry, that are issued for Aussie Bulldogs & Southern Cross Bulldogs to document the lineage.
