12.01.2022 An important message from Master Paul for all students and parents Last night I held discussions with the branch instructors and we decided that in the best interests of your health and safety, we are stopping face to face classes for the time being. We appreciate all your support during this difficult time. The further restrictions announced late last night showed me that we had made the right decision. ... Face to face classes will cease from today. We will be launching some online initiatives ASAP and will keep you informed . 08.01.2022 Fantastic News: UNITED TAEKWONDO ONLINE TRAINING is now available REGISTRATION LINK : https://www.unitedtaekwondo.com.au/online-courses/ This Online Training System has been designed to allow members and non-members the opportunity to train with the finest Taekwondo Instructors from around Australia. ... When you decide to register with UTKD, you will be given three training options Firstly - Online Training Sessions Every week dedicated instructors will help you maintain and improve your taekwondo skills. Secondly - Private Lesson via Zoom Here you will have the opportunity to be personally critiqued in a live session by Master Paul. Finally - Detailed Report via Email Here you can upload a video and Master Paul will send you back a written report. These methods of learning will give you and your family the opportunity to train in the safety of your own home and keep yourself mentally and physically fit in these difficult times. 04.01.2022 I will never pass down an opportunity to share my passion in life, besides the love for my family, I can't thank Australian Taekwondo, enough for reinforcing, through my words, the need to build unity in our school system. (Click on link or photo below for the full interview) As parents we want to see our children enjoy going to school, build lasting friendships and develop the confidence to be successful in ALL areas of life, but currently, our children are spending too much... time trying to avoid confrontation, leaving less time for learning. Statistically: UN agency ranks Australia 39 out of 41 countries for quality education as our students are falling behind in basic measures of teaching and learning. We need to "Build People Not Fighters". We need to encourage our future leaders to want to contribute back to society in a meaningful way and understand that a little kindness goes a long to build friendships that last the test of time. What a wonderful place that would be!
