23.01.2022 Since yesterday, we’ve entered the Full Moon time of the month; the second part of the yang energy available to us in a lunar cycle. The picture shows that this phase is traditionally associated with the time of day, the season of summer, and the element of fire. Our energy is very expressive and still outward focussed. You’re invited to get out, to play, to enjoy the sunshine, and be happy! Anything wrong with you if you don’t feel drawn to this? Not at all! 21.01.2022 I remember... Standing on the balcony outside of the Free Flow studio. We are about to start the circle, waiting for one more beautiful woman to arrive and join us. I experience the same feelings as I had as a child, waiting for her friends to join the birthday party. Feeling happy, bubbly and most of all: alive! 20.01.2022 Hi! I'm still alive! And how are you? Below image was sent to me by my dear friend Rhiannon. It pretty much sums up where I'm at in my life right now; in a bit of an in-between state. I just wanted to share it with you since it's the reason it's been so silent on this page. An initiative born out of the restrictions placed on us due to COVID19. The seven of us created something wonderful in cyberspace; we connected, shared, inspired, remembered, felt supported, and experienced so much more.... In this post, I've decided to quote another wise woman: my mother. 15 years old, waiting to be picked up by my very first date and nervous like I've never felt before. Knowing I wanted to do this but scared at the same time. Her advice has stuck with me my whole life. I hope it may remind you too; you are enough.... Saskia

10.01.2022 Hi and happy Monday to you! How are YOU?! After the wonder full experience of the first Women's Wellness Retreat at Haven Farm, it has been a period of silent contemplation for myself. So, I wanted to say hello to you all and let you know I'm still very much alive ... As you may know, I love being in the stillness of nature. And as I like photography as well, I decided to find an image of the place I call home, to accompany my greeting and checking in with the outside world (you!) I ended up making this piece of ... well ... what to call it? Would I dare say it's a form of art? I do. As art in my eyes is simply a unique way of expressing ourselves. Yet, I feel vulnerable. To post this ... Why? Because it is sharing something that I spontaneously created from my heart. And then the mind kicks in, by trying to judge it for value. Well, as artists may tell us: it's not the final piece that's important but the journey of creation that allows our freedom to be expressed. So here I go with my Hello! 07.01.2022 2019 2 + 0 + 1 + 9 = 12 1 + 2 = 3 In numerology, we are in a number 3 year.... A number which holds the energy of magic. At a third attempt to meet, today I was excited to connect with the lovely Gopali. We walked on the land in Wardrop Valley, shared our vision and ideas, and decided to bring a dream into reality. At the end of this day, I find myself with a big smile on my face and lots of joy in my heart, as I'm happy to let you know more goodness is coming! What, when, and where? 01.01.2022 This beautiful creature came to say hello, together with her friend. I was sitting on the side of the river, taking some time out before the start of the Yin yoga class at Fre Flow - and afterward, the first circle of the year. As I looked out, I suddenly became aware of Lizard in my field of short-range vision. Over time, Lizard has made its message known to me: "Be present". ... Be, here, right here, in this moment, this time. Hello! Be here with all of your awareness and experience this moment. As it is, now. See the beauty? Thank you! Melissa, Linda, Rebecca, Gopali, Akhileshvari, Jen and Skye; I loved sharing space and a moment in time with you all. It's so wonderful to connect in such openness and honesty. It truly brings so much joy to my heart when we open up and share of ourselves from the heart. When we recognize, sympathize, allow, accept, appreciate, praise, support and acknowledge each other's journeys. The roads we travel, and what we experience along the way. Sitting here now - with a big smile on my face, I look much forward to the year ahead. And may others - who missed this one, feel welcome to join in and share with us in future circles to come.
