20.01.2022 Because of the size of the Brookfield Place Footbridge, it has to have special escorts, road closures and can only go a specific route. Check out the extended route from Landsdale to Mounts Bay Road! 33KPH and 6 hours :)

16.01.2022 This is one of our next projects. It will be on the corner of Hay Street and Elder Street. I think people will either love it or hate it. I know I will enjoy drawing it!
16.01.2022 So our team took to the skies today and I am pleased to say it all worked like it was supposed to. I think we may have been used as tester guinea pigs! Of course I never doubted it would work seeing as we drew the whole thing :)

13.01.2022 More progress on the low level structure of the Ship Assembly Hall. On the right is the Surface Treatment Facility. The next stage will be to build a building the size of the Surface Treatment Facility within the Ship Assembly Hall. Then, once it is fully completed, we are going to jack it up to sit above the low level structure. Awesome team producing awesome engineering!

09.01.2022 Now that the Myer and malls have opened at Lakeside Joondalup, you wouldn't recognise where construction was a few months ago. Here is a snapshot looking at the lift near the Myer Entry.

08.01.2022 More photos of the Brookfield Place Footbridge. 60 tonnes with the glazing and cladding on! Unfortunately there were some technical problems on Saturday so the bridge wasn't able to be transported. It will now be rescheduled for some time in June.
07.01.2022 This is our 33m pedestrian bridge that will be installed over Mounts Bay Road from Brookfield Tower to Ernst & Young Plaza. The entire 60 tonne structure will be clad, glazed and trucked to site in one piece and lifted into position. I will follow up with some photos of the transport and installation once they complete it.

06.01.2022 This is one of our senior draftsmen relaxing at home on the weekends where he is single handed building an aircraft hangar! Of course he had good drawings to work from!
06.01.2022 Here is a sneak peek of what's happening around the horse shoe bridge in Perth! Love the look of Yagan Square! We already drew the State Theatre and already extended the roof of the adjacent train station so now I want to win this project next!
05.01.2022 Not sure if you can appreciate the scale of this footbridge. I have a snapshot from our model showing it in position spanning from Brookfield Plaza to Ernst & Young Plaza. And I also have some photos of the truss in the workshop and you can see some boilermakers which show the size. Did I mention it's big :) At each end we are bolting a 4 tonne, 5 metre tall "book end" which gets fitted to a truck bogey. It will take 6 hours to get from Landsdale to Perth as it has to go via Midland to avoid bridges etc.
05.01.2022 And here is the beginnings of Australia's biggest ship fabrication building. It will make the ship surface treatment facility look like a garden shed.
