24.01.2022 Went to a quote pre Covid pandemic. To my absolute shock and disbelief, the clients previous builder (which left by his own accord) had cut out a load bearing brick internal wall, which left the ceiling in two rooms unsupported, main tiled roof unsupported and 15 courses of brick work hanging. Also a window and door opening brick lintel unsupported. Not only did he leave a clients house in an extremely dangerous manner but he went completely the wrong way about removing this... load bearing wall. Please be careful when engaging a builder/renovator that they have the knowledge and skill set to complete the project to standards but also with your safety and investment the first priority. The clients have engaged us to carry out the works, which we started this week with our first priority stabilizing and supporting. I'm excited working the clients on this project, which will turn an under main roof existing garage/rumpus room and toilet vanity area into a master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. I will keep you updated throughout the project at various stages. First pics will show how this family home was left.

22.01.2022 Recent unit renovation, new kitchen with under mount led lighting and severy window, bi fold entry doors to rear entertaining area, new custom vanity and new floating timber floors throughout. 19.01.2022 Here are the after pictures of the first stage of the Seaview job. Complete transformation, not just from the new location of the kitchen but creating this open plan living. In the new year the second stage will involve, changing the whole frontage of the building, with timber and CFC panel cladding, building walls to the garden area for a pool to be installed with decking and paving to finish. Added before pics to show the transformation

15.01.2022 Aldgate job at practical completion, just waiting on shower panel and ornate mirror. Clients have organised their own painter and carpet. We will give a full run down on the job, once it is fully furnished and painted.

14.01.2022 Judy and I would like to take this opportunity, to thank our clients and our team of quality tradespeople for a fantastic 2019. Obviously without the clients there is no work but without the trades the high standard of work couldn't be delivered. Most of our work is generated from repeat business or word of mouth, so keeping those high standards is paramount to the success of our business. So thank you. 07.01.2022 Kitchen renovation we recently finished, this is an existing client which we renovated their bathroom a year or so ago, we are also doing a small laundry and ki...ds retreat extension as we used the existing laundry to increase the size of the kitchen area. 04.01.2022 Hawthorndene job at practical completion, just waiting on shower panel and 2x vent blocks. Clean and simple style that will be timeless. We removed the bath and reconfigured the layout to suit clients needs, including the new glass block window being lengthened to integrate with the shower seat. Ceiling drop rainhead, new style rimless toilet suite and wall hung vanity, just finishes this clean user friendly bathroom off. 01.01.2022 New job we started this morning in Seaview Downs. Small house renovation, all the existing timber floorboards to be removed due to termite infestation. So new kitchen to be installed in a new location, all new flooring which will be tiled in large format, existing windows removed, bricked up and rendered. Double french doors to acces kitchen garden. Will be an incredible change and open this lounge kitchen area up. We will keep you posted throughout the job.

01.01.2022 Complete bathroom renovation finalized, the new layout allows for more useable area for the small footprint of the bathroom.
