24.01.2022 2021 is here! . . Maybe no everywhere in the world but it’s here for me! .... . I am seeing a lot of new year, new me posts and posts about New Years resolutions, which is awesome! . . Just remember that consistency is key to keeping on track. Accountability is important too! That part can sometimes be challenging. It’s not as important if you’re letting yourself down right? . . If you find sticking to your resolutions challenging and feel like you fail them every year, maybe you need an accountability partner? . . Talk to your friends and family, pick someone in your life you trust to remind you of where you’re journey is headed, hire an impartial outside partner who can lay the smack down if you need it! . . Someone said in a group chat I was part of work with your neurology, not against it. So if you need someone to kick you up the butt to keep you on task, don’t be ashamed of that! Work with it and smash those goals you’ve set yourself! . . I can’t wait to see everyone soaring to new heights this year! Much love! . . #accountability #accountabilitypartner #accountabilitycoach #adhdaccountability #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

24.01.2022 I sometimes get stuck. . . I let my head get the better of me and then I panic! I know you’ve experienced this moment of sh*t this is too far gone I can’t recover or I’ve made too many mistakes, people are going to think I’m an idiot. I know you think these things because I do too! .... . Wanna know something cool, and something I remind myself every time....no one cares! No one but you thinks that you can’t recover, no one is judging you for making a mistake....they aren’t even focused on you! . . The people that are paying attention to you are more likely to be your supporters and want to be there to help when you stumble, to remind you that you can pick up where you left off. . . If Brenda from accounts wants to judge and be a stick in the mud, let her. Is she actually doing anything to physically harm you? No? Then why waste the energy?! . . For gods sake, be messy, be real and be loved! Life’s more fun that way! . . #bemessy #bereal #beloved #noonecares #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdawareness #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

22.01.2022 Self soothing is thing.... dude really?! I don’t mean like THAT, jeeez get your mind out of the gutter! . . Self soothing is different for everyone, some people will rock back and forth, some people will bounce their legs, sometimes even getting under a huge pile of blankets or a weighted blanket help. .... . Whatever way you self soothe Is awesome, you’re taking control and learning to independently control your anxieties, that needs to be celebrated! . . But I heard it was just an autism thing, who do you need to self soothe?.... Just...no... . . While overstimulation is attributed to Autisum, people with adhd can get it too. For me personally I get light, noise and heat overstimulation...it’s not cool.........see what I did there? . . With my overstimulations (not even a word but pfft whatever) I can ease my anxiety with sunglasses, even at night, noise cancelling headphones or earplugs and my best friend the air conditioner! . . Other people deal with overstimulation in different ways, it’s whatever works for you, and hey if that other self thing you thought about works for you... you do you boo.... . . #overstimulated #overstimulation #brightlight #loudnoises #toomuchforme #adhd #adultadhd #adhdadult #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability See more

19.01.2022 Happy Heavenly Birthday Nanna! . . I’ve posted before about the strong women in my life and my Nanna Maria was one of them! .... . I have a very strong relationship with my mother, and I have a very strong relationship with my grandma, I had a very strong relationship with my Nanna too. They all supported me no matter what. I know they had and have my back. . . Right now I would give the world to have my Nanna back with me, but I know she’s with Pop and happy. Even if I could bring her back she wouldn’t let me, she was stubborn like that (gee I wonder where I got that from). . . My heart is still mending from the loss, it probably always will be, but I know that Maria Delores Rosenberg would be standing over me telling me not to be sad, to be strong. To keep doing what I’m doing no matter what....to be stubborn when I need to be just like her! . . I love you Nan, I always will. Thank you for the lessons you taught me and thank you for being my Nan xxxx Happy birthday! See more

15.01.2022 Hyper focus....it’s going to happen. It can be an absolutely awesome tool in your adhd arsenal. . . There was a time when I saw hyper focus as a negative. I saw it as the enemy. Never came when I wanted it to, always focused on the wrong thing...ugh why?!?! Until I worked out how to use it to my advantage. .... . Once a week I write down everything I want achieve for the next week. It’s fairly generalised, gardening, painting, finish project A kind of stuff. I then spend some time thinking about the feeling I get from completing each thing on the list. I take note of the project that seems to taking my attention, for me the last couple of weeks it’s been working on my garden. I then set aside some time every evening to watch YouTube videos and research things on that topic....BOOM HYPER FOCUS MODE ENGAGED! . . It’s taken me time to work out how to hack my hyper focus, but it works. You do need to be very clear with yourself about time frames and setting boundaries, which comes in time. I make sure I set myself time limits in my calendar and try and move appointments or things that also excite me as close to when I want to finish my project so I’m more likely to stop on time. . . Hyper focus used to be my kryptonite...now it’s my superpower! . . #hyperfocusismysuperpower #hyperfocus #useittoyouradvantage #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adultadhdisreal #adhdsupport #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability See more

13.01.2022 You!....yeah you with the face...oh yeah you too, I think you need to hear this.. . . It’s time to speak up, to stand up for yourself, to speak up when something doesn’t feel right. It’s time to find your damn voice and USE IT! .... . If someone is doing something you don’t like, tell them! If the people around you aren’t respecting the changes you’re making in your own life, talk to them about how you’re feeling! . . A few years ago I was misdiagnosed with depression, was put on an antidepressant and it wasn’t helping. In fact I felt like it was making me worse. I kept it to myself and told myself the issue was me and it will eventually sort itself out....then it didn’t and I had a breakdown. Full on massive screaming melt down. I swore I could hear voices in my head that were telling me to kill myself. It was horrible and scared the fuck out of me! . . After that moment in my life I learnt to speak up, why that moment? Well that moment was absolutely fucked! I never wanted to go through that again, EVER! After I told my psych what had happened and went through what I was feeling, he smiled...my first thought was what a prick! . . He told me he was happy I finally learnt to speak and talk about what was going on. He then worked out that the meds I were on were the cause and we made some changes and my bipolar (not depression) is under control. . . We are told through our lives that someone always has it worse and you should just move on THATS UTTER BULLSHIT! If you’re uncomfortable, uneasy, not ok SPEAK UP! Tell everyone who doesn’t want to listen or shuts you down to fuck off! You won’t move forward if you don’t speak up! . . #speakup #findyourvoice #saysomething #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealohaproject #unleashingaccountability #unleashingadhd See more

13.01.2022 5 things you need to remember as someone with ADHD! . . 1. You aren’t weird. Your brain functions differently, it can make some day to day things challenging, but you can overcome that! ... . . 2. You need to slow down and take your time! You often rush around trying to get everything done, you use our manic energy to smash out tasks as and burn out easily. You make small mistakes that can be avoided and even run into things. Just chill bruh! You can get it done! . . 3. You gotta drink and eat! For you this can be easier said than done! You get caught up and forget to eat. You put the drink bottle right there so we remember, then hyperfocus and don’t take a sip all day. Sometimes you have to set reminders that pull out of your focus to do simple stuff. . . 4. Write it down! You won’t remember, it’s cool, not a big deal. You know you will forget when something else takes your focus so write it down. But your boss talks too fast and you can’t keep up, it’s ok to ask them to slow down so you can take notes. It shows you care! . . 5. YOU ARE FUCKING AMAZING! You really are! You can do it all, you can have it all, you fucking got this!!! . . I am so proud of you and what you have achieved for yourself this far in life, I am excited to see where you’re headed! You are awesome and I love you, ALL OF YOU! . . #rememberwhoyouare #youareawesome #drinkyourwater #nourishyourbody #yougotthis #youmatter #slowdown #adhd #adhdawareness #adhdawarenessmonth #adhdadult #adultadhdisreal #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

12.01.2022 This was supposed to be a quick weekend job. . . Was going to have it prepped and ready for compost after a couple of days....bzzzt, I was incorrect! .... . The thought has crossed my mind multiple times to give up, chuck the soil back in, grass over the top and be done with it! Fuck this shit it’s too hard! . . The thing is, love plants, I love gardening and I love seeing things grow. I love having colour in my garden! So I had a choice to make, put the hard work in now to get what I want, or give up and have a space I’m not happy with....i chose to keep digging. . . The same can be said for you, you mental health or any challenge you face. Sometimes it’s work, you have to put the hard work in now see yourself grow! . . You have to dig a little deeper to fine the rock that’s in your path and move it! . . You have to get deep into the soil and add nutrients so things will grow and flourish. You have to dig deep into your subconscious and nurture yourself from the inside to flourish! . . #digalittledeeper #excavateyoursoul #nutureyourself #youcangrow #youwillgrow #puttheworkin #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability See more

11.01.2022 In typical me form I remembered it was adhd awareness month....right up until yesterday when I forgot . . Why is this important to me? Well because, if I’m honest with you.... I’m kinda sick to death of being told that adult adhd isn’t real, that you grow out of it, that I am just using it as an excuse. .... . We have a voice, we as a community need to stand and say to people we exist. We are here, we are real and we are people! . . We do battle with our own brains every day, as does everyone else, but our battle happens inside our heads and outside in the world. . . Adult adhd is here and it’s real! This disorder doesn’t have an off switch when you turn 18, it’s doesn’t just magically disappear because you’re a legal adult, you have it for life! . . This adhd awareness month, speak out, speak up and be heard! Show the world that you are an adult with adhd, you matter and you are fucking awesome! Because you are fucking awesome! . . #adhdawareness #adhdawarenessmonth #adultadhdisreal #adhdadult #adhdadults #adhdadultlife #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching See more

11.01.2022 It’s not always going to work every time. . . You know what, that’s normal and that’s ok! The systems we put in place today might not serve us tomorrow. .... . We see people showing us this amazing system they discovered and it’s changed their life forever. Ask that person in a months time and sometimes they are on to the next greatest thing! . . Routines and systems we use daily are often situational. What’s working today might not work tomorrow. . . Being fluid with these things is a challenge, it’s a challenge you can overcome. . . I have multiple systems in place to remember things. Sometimes it’s post it notes, sometimes is reminders in my phone, sometimes it’s in my journal. That’s normal and as long as it’s working for you at the time that’s awesome! . . You aren’t perfect, no one is. You won’t hit that perfect system every day, I sure as sh*t don’t, but is it really affecting you that badly? . . #change #changeyourroutine #differentstrokes #youdoyou #ifitworksitworks #adhd #adultadhd #adhdadult #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

09.01.2022 You’ve taken steps to better yourself, you’re using positive language, your ego seems like it in check, yet you still feel like you’re slipping backwards more than moving forward. . . Ask yourself this...am I truly 100% embodying what I’m learning and who I’m going to be? If you feel like you’re going backward a little then you need to take a look at yourself and ask yourself am I truly embodying everything I’m working towards with my whole heart? Do I believe in my heart ...of hearts that I am living, eating and breathing my true identity? . . Believing you can do it, telling yourself I am the alpha wolf or I am going to smash that goal is awesome! Keep doing that! My question is, do you believe that you are the alpha wolf? Do you believe you will smash that goal with all your heart? . . They say actions speak louder than words, so what action would it take for you to believe with every fiber of your being that you are that alpha wolf? What is the next step to truly embody the person who would smash that goal without a second thought? . . You can believe all you want that you’ll do the thing....but unless you embody the person who does the damn thing...it’s just a belief. . . 09.01.2022 Being self aware, wether you have adhd or not, can make a massive difference in your life. . . When you become woke as f@#k you become more aware that these symptoms you experience daily can be controlled and you don’t have to always be a slave to them. .... . Through the mindset and personal growth work I have done I have become very aware of the way I feel, the things I’m doing, the things I’m not doing and how I can become my optimal self. . . This can be a bit of a double edged sword if you aren’t careful, as I’ve experienced myself, sometimes you get so focused on feeling and questioning if something is right or if you should be doing it that you never move forward. Over analyzing and, for lack of a better term, being too internal can keep you stagnant. . . That’s why seeking guidance is your best friend here. Seek out coaches, talk to friends, find a community group online you can talk to other people about your challenges. I know for me my coaches would guide me past the challenge to move forward and to give me support to trust myself. . . You’ve got this, you CAN do this! Start looking into yourself for the answers you are seeking. Notice how things are making you feel, notice where you procrastinate, notice you, spend time getting to know yourself more. It’s going to have an incredibly positive impact on you, trust me, I’ve been there! . . #selfawareness #selfawarenessjourney #gettoknowyourself #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #adhdcommunity #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

09.01.2022 It’s 6am and you’re lying in bed willing your body and brain to get into gear and get up. . . You tell yourself today is going to be an awesome day! I’m going to go to work and be the best employee ever! It’s a new day and I can get everything done today! .... . You start to go over a couple of things you didn’t get to, that’s ok they’ll take 15 minutes to smash out this morning, easy! Then you start to think what you need to get done today. . . I have a lot on my plate but I can do this, I just have to work harder, like everyone else is doing. I know if I chain myself to my desk all day I’ll get it done.... . . Cut to you tonight, sitting down and going over what you did or didn’t do. You start to feel low, you barely made a dent in your work load. Your tell yourself everyone else can do it, I don’t understand why I’m so lazy and unfocused . . You’re not lazy, you might be a little unfocused, that’s ok. You just need to break your tasks down more. . . Start with the things that are non-negotiables, you have to get these done. Write these down. Then go to the things that are important, they might have a deadline coming up or would be good to get done. Then take the things that would be awesome to get done but it’s cool@if they don’t. . . You’ve just mapped out your day! You have a clear, precise list of what you need to do. . . Remember to be kind to yourself! You’re going to have off days. There are going to be days where you hit some of your daily goals but not all of them. Everyone has those days, that’s not just an adhd thing. Know that you can keep going tomorrow and you’ll get it done! . . #productivity #makealist #priorities #prioritize #nonnegotiables #adhd #adultadhdisreal #adultadhd #adhdadult #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability See more

08.01.2022 Someone asked me why I train so much yesterday and it got me thinking...besides the obvious why do I train like I do? . . Yes I want to get healthy, yes I want to get stronger, yes it helps with my adhd....wait it helps with my adhd?! .... . It does help me a lot managing my adhd, the style of training I do and in the format we do things at @siegefitnessau means I have to focus. I have to keep count in my head and also remember the cues for each lift I’m doing. We do lifting complexes that have multiple movements in it and I need to remember them! . . This helps me prime my brain to focus for the rest of the day or evening. Other than the endorphins I get and the fact that I absolutely love training and lifting, the people I train with are like family, I love it! I also get mindset benefits and get more done on the days I train than the days I don’t train. It’s a win win for me! . . I will always encourage anyone with adhd, or even anyone without it, to get out and move your body! It doesn’t really matter what form or exercise you do, as long as you do something, you’ll find you’ll get more benefit from doing it than not! . . #moveyourbody #movementforadhd #clearmind #focused #keepfocused #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #alphaproject #unleashingaccountability #unleashingadhd See more

08.01.2022 5 things that are important to me! . . Awareness: being aware of my mood, my thoughts, being self aware of habits and things that I do automatically has made the biggest difference in my life. It’s given me the ability self regulate and have more control over myself and some of my uncontrollable symptoms of adhd. .... . Accountability: I have an amazing group of coaches and friends who help me stay accountable for things in my life. My fitness, my mindset, my language and even things like remembering appointments or my meds. The thing about it is they are reminding me that I have to do the thing, they are guiding me to be accountable to myself and remember the things myself! . . Fitness and daily movement: it keeps me focused and calmer. My mood is elevated, my focus is there and I feel like I have energy for the rest of the day but not that manic, crazy energy I don’t know what to do with. . . Meditation and journaling: these 2 things are my secret weapons in the fight against my adhd symptoms. Doing both every day keeps me grounded, calm and in a good headspace! I really notice a difference when I don’t do them! . . The last thing that is important to me are my people! My friends and coaches and the people I choose to surround myself with! I choose to value friendships that are positive and uplifting, encouraging and nurturing. The people I surround myself with help me grow so that I can help other grow! My tribe, my people are my secret weapon and I have so much love for each and every one of them! . . #fivethings #important #importanttome #love #mindset #meditation #journaling #mytribe #mypeeps #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

07.01.2022 Have you ever noticed that the way you speak to yourself and other can have a direct impact on your mood? . . Think about it for a second, let’s use the gym for an example. You walk in feeling like sh*t, you’ve told yourself this is going to be a sh*t session and I don’t want to be here. your training becomes half assed, you’re missing lifts, you’re in a bad mood and it shows. Well it makes sense, you told yourself it was going to be sh*t! .... . Your relationship broke down, you ask yourself why? You spent the whole time reminding yourself that you weren’t good enough for that person. From the moment you walked into that relationship, you said to yourself this person is too good for me! Well guess what, you said it so it became true! . . The way you speak out loud, the way you speak to yourself, it all matters. Your mind will make true whatever you tell it to be true. So if you consistently call yourself a failure...you’re gonna fail! But if you tell yourself the goal is going to be challenging but you can do it, you’re going to succeed! . . So, how do you talk to yourself? . . #language #selftalk #negativeselftalk #positiveselftalk #innervoice #adhd #adhdadult #adultadhd #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #unleashingadhd #unleashingaccountability #thealphaproject See more

06.01.2022 Sometimes you gotta know when to ask for help. . . You can’t do everything yourself, you want to and you’re determined to give it a go, reality is you have limitations. Recognising and accepting that is a powerful thing! .... . You’ve come to a bump in the road on your journey, your feeling like you’re stagnant and you’re finding it challenging to move forward....how’s the time to put the call out! . . Talk to your friends and family about it, hire a professional, hire a coach, talk to an expert, whatever way you do it is awesome. Now is the time to be moving forward, not standing in place. . . My partner and I are renovating our house and whenever I find something I know is a challenge for me to do on my own or could cause an injury if I attempt it, I put the call out! . . When it came to me having challenges with my mental health or even my fitness goals, I sought out the best most impactful coaches I could find to boost me up and guide me through it. . . Sometimes asking for help seems daunting or even like you’ve failed because you couldn’t do it yourself, in my opinion that’s bullshit! Asking for help and guidance will get you to the next level of your goals and get you back on your path quicker and more effectively than if you tried to go it alone! . . #askforguidance #askforhelpwhenyouneedit #askforhelp #adhd #adultadhd #adhdadult #adhdawareness #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability See more

04.01.2022 How many times a day do you think I hear oh it’s ok I started new meds yesterday, everything will be better when they kick in?......I’ve lost count. . . How many times a day do you think I hear so it’s been a month and these meds aren’t working so I’m going to try new ones?.....WAY too many. .... . This concerns me a little. Not because I’m anti medication, mate I take my meds every day (when I remember ), but because I’m anti misinformation. Doctors are too quick to to throw a pill at you and tell you it fixes everything...sorry to burst your bubble sunshine, it’s not going to fix it on its own. . . I’ll use myself as an example. I get up and take my meds, make sure I eat and drink plenty of water because that brain fog gets worse when I’m hungry or dehydrated. My mind is full and racing first thing after breakfast so I settle in for a 20-30 minute meditation. Once my mind is clearer and calmer I empty it into my journal. Then I check my notes and calendar for the day and get my day started... . . I have used multiple tools in my adhd toolbox to help me have a productive and successful day, I don’t take my pills and go BAM BITCHES IM GOOD! . . The medication I take helps me with other things not just my adhd, do I need to take it right at this moment in time, yep, so I will! . . If I were to take a wall that was falling down and paint it would it be fixed? Nope, it’s probably still going to fall down, until you repair the wall completely. Taking meds are only part of your repair or fix. . . You have a unique moment in time right now where you have information literally at your fingertips, use it! 03.01.2022 Today is a bit of a hard one for me to post, but it’s super important to get it out there! . . Today is world suicide prevention day. This day is something very near and dear to my heart and in all honesty should be every day. .... . While this isn’t proven, or fact at all, studies being conducted and that have been conducted show that people with ADHD might have a higher suicide rate than nerotypical people. This isn’t fact yet, but based on the current findings from numerous case studies and testing it’s likely. . . I lean towards agreeing base on my own life. I have attempted suicide a few times. I have had suicidal thoughts from time to time. I’ve had friends make the decision that they couldn’t be here anymore. It’s sucks! It hurts! It’s makes you and those around you sad and angry. You grieve for your loved ones, telling yourself if I just spent more time with them maybe it would be different. From someone who has, sadly, made the decision enough is enough, time wasn’t the problem. . . If someone asked me earlier on, before it was a major problem are you ok, things may have been different. Would it have fixed everything, no, would it have made the feeling of loneliness disappear and like someone cared, yes. . . The sad reality is sometimes people make the decision and just do it. It’s horrible to think about, but it’s reality and I will never try to sugarcoat anything for you, EVER! Sometimes all a person needs is to know you are there for them! Ask the question are you ok, sit and listen to what your loved ones are telling you, be kind and understanding and encourage them to move forward. This next part is the part I want to drum in...tattoo on your brain...get it right in there....CHECK IN! This isn’t a one and done fix, every now and then check in and see how your loved ones are doing. . . If you’re ever feeling low and lost and just want a kind ear or shoulder to cry on, I’m here, I’m always around with two ears ready to listen and support you! . . I know those feelings you’re having, i understand what’s going on in your head, if you need someone who gets you, talk to me! 02.01.2022 Something that’s really been on my mind lately is adhd symptoms and traits and how they affect me in particular. . . Why am I focusing on myself right now? Because I learn by doing and living and growing. Then I teach what I’ve learnt to you! .... . I think I may have touched on this before, but I’ve really been looking into and keeping a journal of my adhd symptoms and triggers and I’ve noticed something. . . When I am not thinking about, talking about or even hearing about certain symptoms...I don’t have them, they don’t affect my day to day life and even my friends and family comment that they haven’t seen that particular trait for a few days.....then because it’s been brought to my attention, sure enough it starts again. . . Do the symptoms disappear because I’m not focused on them? If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound? Yes it does make a sound and not my symptoms don’t disappear, because I’m not thinking about them, they don’t matter to me. They aren’t in the forefront of my mind, therefore I’m not even aware of I’m doing them or not. They are no longer interrupting my day or causing me stress because I didn’t even notice! . . I’m not diminishing people’s challenges around adhd at all, I’m pointing out what has helped me. I’ve learnt through my own coaches that whatever we look for, consciously or subconsciously, is what we get back. If you are consistently thinking about how challenged you are by your adhd symptoms then that’s what you’re brain is going to seek out and give you to focus on. . . I’m not saying that ignoring your adhd with fix it, not at all. Maybe the way you see your adhd could be why you are challenged by it. . . #changeyourmindset #changeyourview #focusonthegood #focusonsomethingelse #adhd #adultadhd #adhdadult #adhdcoach #adhdcoaching #thealphaproject #unleashingaccountability #unleashingadhd See more

01.01.2022 I’ve seen a fair amount of maybes floating around lately. Maybe I’ll achieve that goal, maybe if I do this thing I’ll have a better life, maybe if I buy this appliance I’ll want to cook more, I’m going to rsvp maybe to that party. . . In my experience maybe means fear, maybe means you want to do it but your being held back by your ego. .... . Your ego wants to stay the same all the time, never wanting to move forward, staying stagnant. Your ego is happy where it is even if you aren’t. . . If you’re feeling stuck and stagnant, one of the best ways I’ve found to move forward is this: Think of something that you do regularly, the same way every day. For me it was the way I stacked the dishwasher. Now....fuck that shit up! Mess something up, move something to where it shouldn’t be, do something out of order or backwards. Just mess with it, mess with your ego! . . Step out of your comfort zone and own your ego! Show it that you control it and not the other way round. . . This is going to get uncomfortable, this is going to feel weird. It too me 20 minutes of arguing with myself to put a bowl where it didn’t belong in my dishwasher. Moving forward and growing takes work, it’s worthwhile work and it will be a joyous journey! Now you are moving towards muting that inner voice that’s keeping you stagnant, your silencing that ego and taking control of your own life! . . Go shove clothes in your wardrobe, go stack the dishwasher backwards, have a shower and start washing your feet and work your way up..tell that ego who’s boss! . . @jacob_weatherley thank you for guiding me on my own journey to move forward and crush my ego. Thank you for giving me the tools that I can share with others to do the same! . . Your ego is going to fight back, when it does remember.. I’m here for you and I’m battle ready. If you feel like you can’t make this journey alone yet, let me be your guide. You have support and guidance ready for you, how’s the time to take your ego! See more
