13.01.2022 So excited to be attending level 2 of archetypal Coaching tomorrow with Pip McKay for 4 incredible days. We will be learning about the 22 principles of Achie...vement, love & happiness & learning more matrix therapy scripts. In order to manifest what we want in our lives we need to ensure we aren’t blocked in one of the principles. If we are then we can get frustrated or disappointed that we are not getting what we want in life. We then become out of balance and then this can lead to Dis-ease . We get to clear out the issue from the root cause and replace it with new Resouces and learnings. Looking forward to getting to my roots even though they just had them done !!!

04.01.2022 Feeling so grateful right now! I’m on day 5 of my 21 day affirmation challenge for abundance & prosperity and look what I’ve received already... A colourful hand made cheese board from two of my lovely students and a bright beautiful bird mug from another kind student. ... It’s so rewarding changing these children’s lives and building their confidence, self-esteem and their commutation skills - that for me is a gift in itself.

02.01.2022 Anyone ever seem MacDonalds closed before? So sad to see so many businesses closed at Sydney airport. It felt like a ghost town in the food court with only 3-4 businesses open. ... I spoke to the owner of Sumo Salad and she told me they had just opened this week after being closed for 8 months!!! Being a business owner I know what it’s been like over the last 8 months. I’m very grateful that I’m still in business and thriving over these difficult times. I was fortunate to only close for one week whilst my team and myself made some major changes in my business. Thanks to my business coach - Matt Catling who has been there for me and helped me to pivot my business and go online when Co-Vid hit. Now it’s time to celebrate , be grateful, recharge and detox my body and my mind. I’m off to attend ultimate life recharge in beautiful Byron Bay. The Weather looks amazing too.

02.01.2022 Another one bites the dust!!! What a Star An Amazing breakthrough was had by this beautiful lady recently. ... I’m so excited to see Belinda Felstead’s business grow and thrive over the next six months. She also is the BEST masseur and you just feel all your worries & stress melting away when you get a massage with her. She is truly magical too. My thoughts are with her right now as she’s in lockdown but I know she will be planning, designing & creating that new business. Looking forward to seeing all your action steps Belinda Felstead
