20.01.2022 Hi folks! Well, how are you travelling this year? Are you kicking the goals you set for yourself on January 1? Or are you doing the same old thing and expecting the results to be different?? A lot of the time this is a problem with not having accountability. A coach will provide that for you and also give you feedback and plans on how to go get what you want. Until Easter I am running a special - $150 for one session, $275 for two sessions or $375 for three sessions if paid in advance at session one. You will never know how much good you can do till you step back and plan! What are you waiting for???

12.01.2022 Hi all! Today my post is about our school leavers. Too often we hear in the media that they are irresponsible, lazy and unmotivated. However, that is not my experience in 24 years of teaching. Our school leavers in reality are hardworking but fearful in some cases of what lays ahead. Those that are tagged as being lazy are (probably) more accurately frozen in overwhelm rather than being lazy. They are worried of disappointing their parents, not sure of what they "really" want to do and are struggling to make plans. This is where I can help - sometimes it is the outsider who will have more luck with them whereas you are "just nagging". Have a great afternoon all!

11.01.2022 Fear can be inhibiting, scarring and stop you from experiencing all that life has to offer. What are you afraid of in your personal relationships, at your work place? What would happen if you just said what you really thought and not bit your tongue??? Often the worst outcome NEVER happens and what you imagine is far worse. :) So what would happen if you just did it?

The price will be $12.95 for a book of hints, tips and explanations on what goes on and into a Vision Book and will be great if you are thinking about one for 2017. 08.01.2022 Hi all!! A very belated Merry Xmas and I hope you have a lovely New year! Do you think about your goals for the new year around this time every year? How many of them do you actually achieve? What stops you from achieving them?? In the next few days I am going to have on here for sale a booklet that will help you with your Visioning and Goal Work for 2017. 06.01.2022 Do you sometimes wonder why so many coaches charge so much?? I am with you!! There are lots of great coaches out there but to access them you need to nearly remortgage the house!! I am a little different to that in what I charge for coaching. I believe that you need to see some benefit after even session 1 BUT there is NO POINT in doing only 1-2 sessions. To get lasting change you need to work with a coach weekly or fortnightly over a minimum of 3 months - then we can set up plans and set goals to achieve. So ladies when you are thinking of hiring a coach consider this - how committed are you to change and if you are committed then contact me. My passion is to help women create happier lives and that doesn't mean creating financial stress.. :)
