16.01.2022 2019 has begun with a life changing start for our clients Barry and Lyn! As we take a step back to when Unlock Your Block commenced early discussions with Barry and Lyn, the retired couple talked about how they would love to top up their super and allow them to enjoy their golden years. While realising they had development opportunity in their backyard, they did not have the funds to exchange their surplus yard into surplus cash. 12.01.2022 One of our most recent projects we were involved in where we subdivided a 454sqm block in Mt Lawley and retained the existing home. 186sqm block sold off at the rear and 237sqm leftover to the remaining 1920s character home! Inner city living at its best!!

It should explain everything! https://youtu.be/yjW_VmWK-U0 We talk to a lot of people who would like to develop their land but feel they do not have the time or capital to build out the project.... To put it simply, Our 'No Build' model means you can effectively develop your land by creating the subdivision without actually completing the building part of the project. The first step is subdividing the land. The twist is, you never actually build on the vacant block(s) yourself. Instead we create home and land packages for each newly created lot. This means you can now sell your project off the plan and find buyers for the packages using 3D illustrations to show buyers what the finished units will look like. And because the buyer can see what they are going to get, you can often get a lot more for the sale than you would from just selling the lots as vacant land. So you get all the benefits of subdividing and developing, without the building costs. Today we inspect the completion of a demolition in progress towards a 2 x lot green title subdivision in a South of the river affluent suburb. Fab explains how we helped our client to completely de-risk and assess the feasibility of this property before they bought it to ensure they were going to achieve their desired outcome. ... The objective was to find a property with the goal to subdivide and sell one block to help fund the construction of the new family home on the other. This strategy results in our clients being able to own the remaining block at a much lesser amount (wholesale) than what they would have been bought as a single block at a retail price. The benefit is being able to have more budget towards the new family home, being able to create more equity, or both. What we call Manufactured Growth.
