22.01.2022 Reminiscing about Christmas spent in Byron where the sun was shining everyday. Although this wet and drizzly weather in Sydney is reminding me of home in the UK, which is kinda nice, too! No guilt Netflix weather! #byronbay #sydneytobyron #bonditobyron #clarkesbeach #clarkesbeachbyronbay #byronsbestbeaches #christmasinbyron #waterbaby #theoceanmakesmehappy #theseaismyhappyplace #beachlifeisthebestlife

18.01.2022 Oh how I miss Abu Dhabi If you didn’t know, my full-time job is destination representation for Abu Dhabi. Over the past three years I’ve been to the emirate many, many times. One of my favourite things about it? THE FOOD!... Have you tried Emirati food before? Some of my favourite dishes are: Machboos A flavourful rice dish topped with chicken, lamb or fish Harees This is one of the most traditional dishes, but it’s not for everyone. It’s a savoury wheat porridge mixed with meat Fattoush - A salad made from lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, mint leaves, onion, garlic, lemon and olive oil, it is served with crispy fried bread Luqaimat - These sweet fried dumplings made of milk, sugar, butter, and flour and then covered in date syrup are my favourite! Umm Ali Kind of like bread and butter pudding with an Arabic twist. Delicious!

02.01.2022 This time last year I was preparing for a three-week trip to Vietnam I had been to Vietnam in my early twenties and didn’t love it. But I thought I’d give it another chance, and it was one of the best trips of my life! Vietnam is such a cool country. The cities are a real mix of old and new - there are ultra-modern hipster bars and cafes next to tradition storefronts and restaurants. The countryside in Central Vietnam is beautiful cycling around farmland and villages is ...one of my happiest moments from last year. This little house was in Hoi An a place that is beautiful but ultra-touristy. It’s ridiculously busy at sunset, but if you hire a bike you can find peace and quiet not far from town.
