25.01.2022 Good news!! Archery is back on with STRICT guidelines that must be followed!! COVID-19 CLUB RULES In accordance with NSW and Federal Government rules and guidelines, the following rules will apply for attendance and shooting at the club from 15 May 2020. 1. Social distancing of 1.5 metre spaces between persons is to be maintained except for same family groups;... 2. No more than 10 people are permitted to be present at the club at any one time, whether shooting or not; 3. To attempt ensuring compliance with #2, archers MUST pre-register their intention to attend to shoot on the Saturday by email on the previous day at the latest; 4. Persons attending must sign in to the Attendance register; 5. As our shooting lanes are 4 metres wide, the club will permit two archers to shoot at the same target on every second butt, however each must stand on either side of the shooting lane to maintain the required distance apart; 6. Due to point 4, this will also permit a single archer to shoot on the intervening butts provided they take stance in the lane centre; 7. Where there are two archers shooting on one target, each archer may only pull their own arrows from the target; 8. After shooting, members should depart the club facilities region to allow other archers to take their places to also shoot, while complying with the 10 persons requirement; 9. Hand sanitizer provided is to be used. 10. Any cups or other utensils used are to be thoroughly washed in hot water and not just left in/on the sink.
