25.01.2022 As the day evolves so does the image. Thankyou community of Brunswick.

25.01.2022 Thank you to all who made it to the opening evening and those who have dropped in since to take a look, I hope you have enjoyed. The map is changing your marks and the traces of your presence are being registered, what has been concealed is slowly being revealed. This has come a wee way since the thin white line, of this you can be sure.

20.01.2022 Sketches of ambient qualities of imagined spaces, what is it that connects these three?

18.01.2022 Re visiting thoughts of contesting / sharing and utilising spaces. How do we establish a place within these spaces? I'm hearing a lot about making places and am still not sure what the developers and others really mean, do they? Consultation is part of the process, how satisfying or not and for whom? The warp and the weft, changing colour, mood, ambience and time revealing difference and opposition, this doesn't insist adversarial confrontation rather choice, options and discussion, as long as we are able to listen. Any thoughts?

14.01.2022 Once again the Sydney Road Festival was with us on the weekend, once again we placed a wee piece of paper on the road, once again the response was astounding. The evolution of the project, so very different from last years mapping event. Beginning as a white clean sheet of paper 4.5M x 3M, a dance floor for the young at heart, little feet, big feet, leaving marks and traces of all sorts. Less a map of the space more one of the ambient quality of the day, those who were the...re. This unexpected response from all who contributed, congratulations, well done. The images included here are a mere sample of what was left behind, I will try to post more soon. For now it's back to the studio to see if I can do justice to what has been left behind. Thanks to all who provided the motivation, encouragement and space to allow this project to continue, you know who you are!! Enjoy. See more
