12.01.2022 The final results for the 2020 AFL Sydney awards came in this week, and we are beyond proud of all of our players and the great display of talent across AFL Sydney. U19 Division 1 captain Harry Whitaker took out the Kealy Medal for best and fairest in his division! What a wonderful effort during a short season, congratulations Harry Teammate Mitch Sciberras was awarded the U19s Division 1 leading goal kicker, with 24 goals! Someone try to stop him ... In the Men’s Premier Division Reserves, Nick McGann came 3rd in the Snow Medal award for the best and fairest player. Just things! Shoutouts also to our Men’s Premier Division Players Errol Gulden, Sam Thorne and Fred Tricks for their outstanding results in the Phelan Medal count (despite all missing out on a few rounds ). Other polling players in the Phelan Medal count included Tom Banuelos (1), Adam Dunkley (1), Jackson Tikkeros (1), Ned Reinhard (1), Darcy Cordell (2), Jared Deep (2), Matt Rawlinson (2), and Liam Hoy (3) Our Women’s Premier Division players also had some great success with the following vote counts in this year’s Mostyn Medal: Maddy Kohlrusch (1), Paris Tier (1), Senna Gulden (3), Jade Jarrett (3), and Shelby Koh (3). Well done girls! We love this Club!!!

10.01.2022 For the last couple of weeks, Leigh Lavery and his team of UNSW-ES Club legends have been raising money for the Cancer Council Australia’s Longest Day fundraiser. On Monday 14th December, the ‘Old Dogs’ will be playing 72 holes of golf in one day, which will include a combined 14+ hours, 35km+ of walking, and 1600+ golf shots. The Old Dogs are currently sitting 25th out of 740+ teams for amount of money raised for the Cancer Council. We couldn’t be prouder of the boys, all t...heir hard work and compassion, and all those who have donated. Please donate what you can and let’s help the Old Dogs blitz their goal!
