25.01.2022 Happy Tuesday! Thanks to everyone who came to Weekly Meeting #8! Hope you guys have were challenged by Sij's sermon on a GOD - SIZED PERSPECTIVE. Here is a personal reflection from one of our members: "This sobering Psalm reminds us of the Sovereignty of God in light of the frailty and weakness of humanity. Before all things, from everlasting to everlasting, is our Lord. He is above all things in creation and by his word speaks all things into and out of existence; by his wil...l all things find their renewal and decay. How often do we forget the reality of the glory of God? How often do we even remember? Woe to us who desire to worship creation rather than the creator - we who boast in the pride of life rather than present our whole selves humbly before the Lord. Like the Psalmist, may we also conclude that our purpose in life and death is found in Him! In light of who God is, and the good grace He has revealed in Jesus Christ, let us pray that He would teach us how to live and number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Let us find our satisfaction and rest in Him, as we endure this momentary life of suffering in anticipation of an eternity spent rejoicing with Him!"
