22.01.2022 COVID RESTRICTION UPDATE: Good News!!! - 2 visitors per resident at one time are allowed inside the facility... - Masks are still mandatory - Residents are welcome to go on outings (these will be risk assessed) - If resident is attending a small gathering, everyone attending MUST sign in to our QR code or complete a screening tool form which is to be returned. Please see a the directive below from our Corporate office. - Until further notice all staff and visitors must wear a surgical mask whilst in a residential aged care facility. - Until at least 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 December 2020 all residential aged care facilities in the Northern Beaches LGA must exclude visitors, except those performing essential caring functions - Until at least 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 December 2020 up to two visitors are permitted to visit residents in residential aged care facilities in Greater Sydney (including local Government areas of Central Coast and Wollongong). Visitors from the Northern Beaches LGA are excluded. - Until at least 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 December 2020 up to two visitors from Greater Sydney excluding Northern Beaches LGA are permitted to visit residents. in residential aged care facilities in regional NSW. There are no restrictions on people from regional NSW visiting residents in regional facilities. All Greater Sydney visitors to the facility must wear full PPE whilst visiting the resident. All outings will be risk assessed.

21.01.2022 A little reminder for all our visitors - Do not come for a visit if you have any flu like symptoms. - If you are unsure if you can visit due to your locations, just give us a call! We currently use https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/find-facts-about-covid-19 to determine any hot spots or low cases. However It is still up to managements discretion. - The restrictions in Dubbo are different to other hot spot nursing homes. It is not compulsory to wear a mask inside Bracken Hou...se, however if you feel more comfortable doing so we can provide one for you. - You are welcomed to take your loved ones out of the facility, but it is not advised to go out into the public. - As long as you have your flu vaccination, show no symptoms of the flu/do not live with someone who has symptoms of the flu, are not visiting from a hot spot/low cases areas - you may visit your loved ones. This means we are not allowing anyone inside the facility who are from, anyone who has visited or have had visitors from Sydney and Victoria. 01.01.2022 Hello to everyone, URGENT All visitors are to be excluded until midnight Wednesday unless there are exceptional circumstances.... All staff and any visitors continue to wear masks. All staff carefully review the list of venues put out by NSW Health and follow the directions given. We are facing a rapidly developing cluster and we all need to be on our toes. Let's hope it is contained.
