21.01.2022 It’s time to get back to group fitness training face to face! ZUU will be running Monday’s 6:30pm, Wednesday 5:30am and Saturday’s 7am! Book your sessions in now as it’s a 20 person limit. 18.01.2022 Whilst we stayed in Warwick the past couple of months we wanted to do our part and support a local business. Tried spreading the love around a bunch of different cafes but we couldn’t stop coming back to @gardensgalorew . This place put it in the hard yards over these crazy times and I’m sure it’ll pay off in the long run! We were always met with smiling faces and unreal customer service, incredible food and coffee (our coffee order was remembered before long) and always showed huge amounts of gratitude to all their customers for supporting their business! We are certainly coming back whenever we are in town and I urge anyone coming through Warwick to drop in! I’m sure you won’t regret it

12.01.2022 Now I’ll be the first to admit, I’ve jumped on a bandwagon here I had never watched basketball before watching the new Netflix series the last dance (however I might now) But wow! If your part of a very small group who hasn’t watched it yet than you need too! The overall story of Michael Jordan and the Chicago bulls is like a perfect script of a movie right to the last moment.... I think everyone can take away something different for themselves out of the series. For me, Michael’s drive to be the best and chase down what he wants no matter what it took. The motivation, focus, presence and commitment to not just do a task but do it to the best of his ability, leaves me inspired to be the best I possibly can and make sure I achieve what I’ve set out to accomplish. Whether it be my own training, training someone else or even being a Dad. I want to commit to doing it to my absolute best ability and reach the goals I strive for.
