This was a two step process, the first step was to poison the weeds. Leaving the weeds whole so the poison effectively entered the root system. Once the turf and underlay are delivered, this is @uppercutlawnsandgardens returf process... ... 1 Prep the area- on this returf we removed stones, bricks, weeds, grass and got the sides of the property level by removing built up soil we also cut roots of trees growing under the fence. 2 Soil underlay is placed and raked on the whole area to allow the grass to grab effectively. 3 The area is leveled so the grass is even throughout before it is laid. 4 Lawn launcher is sprinkled throughout the area. Lawn launcher is a premium blend of fertiliser and moisture magnets premium water crystals to hold moisture under the turf and help improve the grass growing process. 5 Numerous rolls of turf is laid and cut to shape where needed. Turf is laid carefully so their are no gaps or overlapping. 6 Soil is placed on any gapping or areas that needed to be cut to shape to encourage the grass to grow together effectively. 7 The grass is watered! 8 Clean the area, on today’s job we hosed and gurneyed the area to remove any dirt markings on the tiles.
