12.01.2022 There has been increase in this phone scam activity to which a scammer can disguise there number to be someones else"s number. I personally have received phone calls from people and have called them back, thinking they are in need of computer assistance but have no knowledge of calling at all, but are noted in my call logs, Some on which are not even in this state. I advice any one who has experienced this please contact your ISP or advice the real person to take this step ...as well. This is an older article but there as in increase of this happening http://www.abc.net.au//mobiles-and-landlines-targe/9719820

10.01.2022 Please be aware of scam emails, especially to do with your inbox being full for your business, I personally have unlimited space and the link does not go to my provider. Other things to look for Who it was sent from (example [email protected] to [email protected]) little differences but that could be all it takes.... Attachments that are .exe files no official headers no reference numbers to your account ie account number no official name no official footer of the email not from a bank you use or provider. but please be aware scams are getting worse in Australia and some can look official just be aware of you own account numbers the email address and officially addressing you directly by name and last

09.01.2022 Please be aware of the scams on the rise, they can be convincing anything that, says you have a problem with your computer from a random phone call is a scam, or emails asking you to verify your details by a link no organisation will ask for any passwords to be verified in this manor. Most email scams will often not have your full details ie Full names as well as your account ID. https://finance.nine.com.au//scammers-siphoned-4-million-r
