10.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we announce Kaiya-Gene Kerekere lost his battle with cancer earlier this week. There was a beautiful service held in honour of Kai...ya today & we thank his family for allowing us the opportunity to be part of Kaiya's journey. Our condolences and thoughts are with Eugene, Terri, Kaelin, Aterea, the family and friends of Kaiya along with Western Lions Junior Rugby League and Kirwan State High School. Kaiya and his family have been supporters of the TDJRL and in support of Kaiya we will be making a donation to the family.
