04.01.2022 The Australian Lamb ad is a very clever script on so many levels. By setting the parody in the future it can escalate the current tensions to even more extreme. There's also a lot of attention to detail with funny lines written on the walls, signs and background posters throughout the scenes. The last line about let's celebrate the 'new' idea of Australia Day may also (sadly) no longer be a joke in 10 years time from now. Perhaps we'll all be singing Advance Australian Lamb in 2031.
