18.01.2022 It's our Birthday. 5 years ago we opened Fred's and although we would have loved Fireworks, A Band, 6 DJ's, 400 friends and Me on a white stallion...we've had to play it down a bit due to COVID and celebrate quietly...1.5 metres apart, wearing a mask and covered in hand sanitiser! It Is What It Is! Thank you to all of our friends for their support especially over the last horrendous months of Drought, Bush Fires & now Covid. We value the many friendships Fred has brought to ...us and the amazing times we've had together...Thank You to our wonderful Award Winning team headed up by Chef Aaron Francis and Manager Kaitlin Astarita...They make things work even in the hard times. Happy Birthday to FRED...and may we celebrate soon with a belated yet much needed monster birthday bash that will really wake the neighbours and lift us up... as Camden, and Fred, will not let these wretched times destroy our Australian Spirit!
