08.01.2022 We’re super excited to be sharing the story of some of our Upstate challengers! Everyone meet Alyce Alyce has been an Upstater with us for quite a while now and is a big fan of our Pilates HIIT and Box HIIT classes! We asked Alyce a few questions about her experience with Upstate since introducing our online classes What’s your favourite thing about the live and on demand workouts? ... I like that I can roll out of bed in the morning and get straight into it! It’s also good that I can just sign up a couple of minutes beforehand if I find during the day I have some extra time or energy to burn! How have classes benefited you? I was really into the gym before I came to upstate and the vibe was completely different. I was injured from running a lot and became frustrated with my body. Through my journey at upstate I have learnt to appreciate the wonderful things my body can do instead of beating it up! I have a healthier attitude for exercise and a stronger connection between my body and mind. My flexibility has massively improved too which has made my body feel so much better How would you describe Upstate in one sentence?
