It helps. *do your yoga/conditioning/ injury prevention/stretching at home and build up your weak spots. *research your dreams. *udate your cv. *do an online course- marketing, video editing, website building.... find something that interests you or challenges you. * read books. * cook- if you don't know how, here's a chance to learn.
