Our Quick clamp design (Australian Provisional Patent Applic...ation No. 2018904580) ELIMINATES the need for cordless drills and socket sets, REDUCES labour time in erecting and disassembling fences, INCREASES safety of workers and the public and SAVES money in lost nuts and bolts experienced on current clamp designs. The operation of our Quick clamp can be performed using our special tool, a flat bladed screwdriver or a similar item to lever the locking mechanism open and closed. Due to the leverage required to operate our clamp, once in the locked position it cannot be opened by hand. Additionally, a locking pin can be installed on our clamp, ensuring complete safety and security of the fence. Our current prototype Quick clamp design is suited for 32mm OD posts with 100mm centre to centre spacing. However, our clamping mechanism will suit any size fence clamp by simply adjusting the length of the locking pin and brackets.
