25.01.2022 One year ago we put this out! Well done to Lucy Clifton who has shown true professionalism taking the reigns as lead singer in Uptown while Eve has been busy being a first-time mumma. Lucy jumped straight in, learnt our whole set and worked so hard to get it absolutely polished - so quickly! Weve loved having her in the group and getting to hang out at all the gigs. Lucy, we cant thank you enough for your contributions! Youre a pleasure to work with. Eve will be returning as lead singer from September, and shes super excited to be back. Looking forward to sharing new promo material with yall in the upcoming months Be sure to check out Lucys act Cliff & Co. and shes booked in for plenty more upcoming Uptown gigs so by no means is this goodbye.... 15.01.2022 On Saturday it was to Broke to perform for Lauren and Damien‘s special wedding day. We performed as Uptown Duo for ceremony & canapès and the trio to bring the vibes to the reception. These legends stuck to their guns and held their date in these uncertain times. Even this crazy year would not stop these two getting married! As we drove over the mountains, the stormy weather cleared right up and the sun was shining over the most beautiful winters afternoon in wine country. ... Everything was meant to be and the couple were married in style. Thank you Lauren and Damien, we wish you all the best in marriage.
